PIER 10 project is a vision that will re-shape and create a new, modern and safe neighborhood for families and individuals looking to settle in the area. The project brings 6 land parcels together to develop one of the newest and largest projects in the area.
History redefined
Historically, the lands had some significance. The original Brickhouse Residence was one of the buildings used to accommodate the workers who built the port. The Cantine was where they would eat. The 1.9 ha land was the old train station.
N.G.B is taking these once historical and meaningful properties and developing them into a modern and sustainable project with the aim to establish a new modern vision for the area.

WATERFRONT RESIDENCE
